From the second screenshot it's telling you that it doesn't like the size mismatch between channels. This is usually only an issue if you have a 'non-standard' configuration (e.g. Mirroring, Sparing). Your channels should be 1/4, 2/5, 3/6. Eliminate the third channel on both processors and see if the server boots. If so then you'll want to look into purchasing another set of 16gb DIMMs to eliminate the issue.
